Ans : Delivery date, is the date when costume delivered at your door step. Most of the cases Delivery date will be one day before the Rent date.
Q2. : What is Pickup Date?
Ans : Pickup date, is the date when costume returned at your door step.
Q3. : What is Security Fee? and do I get full security returned?
Ans : It is security fee of costume taken at the time of delivery of costume. At the time of costume pickup, if costume and it's accessoties not damaged then Security Fee will returned in full. In case of any damage and loss amount of those damange will be charged from security fee.
Q4. : What is Cash on Delivery?
Ans : Cash on Delivery is a payment method, which allows you to pay for your order with cash at the time of delivery.
Orders for Rent+
Q1. : How can I order a costume over rent?
Ans : You can order a costume over rent just follow below steps:
-> Select your choice of Costume using various options like search, category menu etc.
-> Choose given costume options like Color, Size etc..
-> Enter the Renting period and click on "Add to Rent Cart" button
-> Click on Checkout" button and then either login with your account or Register a new account
-> Filled Billing and Delivery address details and select your choice of payment option to complete order
Q2. : What dates I need to filled under Rent Date?
Ans : These dates are the dates when you like to use costume for your kids. Example 1: If your kids need to wear the dress on 14 August then you need to choose 14 August in both date fields. Example 2: If your kids need to wear the dress on 14 August and 15th August then you need to choose 14 August in from date field and 15th August in to date field.
Q3. : After placing an order, how can I extend the Renting date?
Ans : You need to either Email us at info@costumeatrent.com from your registered email address only
OR
On phone us at: 8178313207 (10AM to 10PM IST) from your registered mobile number and need to confirm your Order ID
Minimum of Rs. 100 per day (Price can be changed for different-different costume) will be charge additionaly to extending the renting date.
Q4. : How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Ans : An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order.
Delivery Area / Delivery / Return Pickup+
Q1. : How can I check my area come under Delivery Zone?
Ans : You can check to enter your delivery address post code. This feature is given on each product page.
Q2. : My Delivery address not in your Delivery area, What do I next?
Ans : You need to Email us at info@costumeatrent.com with following details:
-> Costume Name along with prefer options of size and color (if applied) and Renting Period
-> Your Full Delivery address along with Mobile Number
Our team will get back to you with possiblities of delivering the Costume within 24 Hours max or sooner.
Q3. : When does the return pickup happen?
Ans : Generally, pickup schedule one day after the booking date when the costume is used. You will get the details at the time of order. Pickup day may be re-schedule as well to inform you as well!
Q4. : What happens if costume is unavailable for return on the pickup day?
Ans : We request you to have the costume with all its accessories ready in a deliverable condition. If the pickup staff does not get the costume by the pickup date and time and need to return empty handed, it will be considered that the costume is being kept by the customer and the security deposit will not be rerurned.
